Evan Williams announcement on 14 April 2015E on the company's developer conference, was based on their upcoming release of the New android app of Titter for Android smartphones.
The CEO Evan Williams did not specify more about the official App at the day but due to his speech before his Tweetiedevelopers,it seems that they will not be involved on Development of the brand new Application.
